Return Policy

• I want you to be pleased with your "Critter". If you are not happy with your "Critter" please return it within 30 days. 
  
  
• Returned art must be in original condition.
  
  
• Art may be substituted for other work of the same purchase price or for a full refund of the purchase price and tax (if applicable).
  
  
• Postage for returned merchandise will not be reimbursed.

Personalized Art

Please ensure that the personalized information you provide me is correct. I can only be responsible for my own errors. I will gladly replace any picture plus shipping that is sent in error. Shipping & Payment

• To Continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available at this time. Art is shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
  
  
• Shipping charges are 10% of the total order (not including tax) with a minimum charge of $6.00.
